How long do the sessions run?
School Year Session: During the school year, unless otherwise stated classes will run 8 weeks, meeting once or twice per week. Most classes run 55 mins long. “All the World’s a Stage” class runs 90 minutes long.
Are there recitals or performances?
Our main focus is on the student’s growth during the learning and rehearsal process (the journey rather than the end product), however we know students need to perform to truly show their mastery of the material. We provide smaller intimate showcases towards the end of the 8 week session where parents and friends can support their loved ones for a small ticket fee. Whether it be art, drama, singing, dance, or speech, we allow all students to perform and showcase their talent. Also there will be multiple full-scale productions done each year in our theatre, which seats over 200 people
Is there a costume fee?
The majority of our showcases will encourage students to wear their signature “Harrington Arts Alliance” T-shirts ($15 Adults – $12 Kids) , along with black pants.
When are payments due?
School Year Sessions:
The tuition for an 8 week course is divided into 2 installments. Upon registration you must pay the $25 annual registration fee along with half the course tuition. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks into the 8 week session. If the balance isn’t paid by the specified date, a late fee of $20 is added on. Registration fees are non-refundable and reserve the student’s spot in the course.
The annual registration fee is $25 a student, $20 for the second student of the same family, and $15 for each additional family member after 2 students.
Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Bank Draft. A $20 fee will be applied for returned payments. There are no refunds for course tuition or registration. If you miss registration for a class at the beginning of the session start date, we can pro-rate your course tuition but the registration will remain $25.
Are there make-up classes?
Due to the unique nature of our course schedule we typically don’t offer the same class twice in a week. If a student is absent then there is no make-up for that specific class. Please call or e-mail us at least 1 hour ahead of time. We’ll provide you with 2 possible make-up classes at no additional cost (please note that it will be for a similar age group but possibly a different area of art).
Can I invite non-students to family nights?
Family nights are open to all community members and is on a first-come first-serve registration process. Fees for family nights are specific to the event.
What is proper attire?
Students must come to class in comfortable clothing and shoe apparel. Shoes need to be non-marking souls. Smocks will be provided for painting activities.

Registration Fee Discounts:

Tuition Discounts:
Most courses are $13 each meeting and 55 minutes (The full eight week tuition is listed under each class under the “Classes Tab”).
“All the World’s a Stage” is $16 a class meeting and 90 minutes long. ($16 off for siblings in this class)
2nd course per child or family is $12 each meeting or $1.00 off each class meeting.
3rd or more course per child or family is $11 each meeting or $2.00 off each class meeting.
